Madison Leigh Events LLC is a small team located in the NW Florida Panhandle. Our Coordinators are ready to ensure your day flows as you have planned it and will work with each vendor to eliminate any confusion, solve any issues as they arise and ensure you are well taken care of on wedding day!

Partial Planning

Only a limited amount of Partial Planning Packages will be offered per year. Inquire for current availability.

    • Sent to vendors and family approximately 1 month prior to date

  • Day-of-Wedding Management

    • 8 hours of Onsite Event Management 

    • Onsite Vendor Contact

    • Final Event Day Setup Assistance

    • Ceremony Assistance 

    • Reception Coordination 

  • Ceremony Rehearsal Assistance can be added.

  • Event clean up packages not included.

Planning Additions

This is the perfect package if you just want to sit down, and make sure you're on track for your big day, but don't necessarily need the full package. These are individual consultations that can be booked as needed, along side a full package, or on their own. 

  • Rehearsal Walkthrough - Starting at $125. Can only be applied to existing packages.

  • $300 Per Consultation, Up to Two Hours Each - For clients with non-existing packages.


Timeline assistance, vendor guidance, advice, and the overall answering of questions pertaining to event day logistics to help ensure your planning is on track! This package can be used for any event, and are not limited to just weddings. This package is not applicable for main event days.

General Event Coordination

Let's throw a party! And, not just a wedding, or a rehearsal dinner, or anything related to holy matrimony. (unless you want it to be, of course!) We're talking family reunions, anniversary parties, retirement parties, showers, birthday parties, etc. We want to help you, your family, and your friends have some fun!

Madison Leigh Events, LLC is a Wedding and Event planner located out of the Destin, FL area, serving all areas within and around the NW Florida panhandle. All packages will require up to 50% down at the time of booking in the form of a non-refundable deposit. Check, credit cards, mobile transfer, and cash are accepted.  Wedding Coordinator is allowed at least one assistant at their choosing, as needed, to work events. Contract must be signed by all parties before planning can begin. Travel and milage fees will be applied for events as needed. Madison Leigh Events is not liable for any damages or injuries, lost or stolen items, post event cleaning, marriage licenses, or responsible for intoxicated guests.
