As your Day Of Coordinator, we take on the responsibility of managing all the logistics and details on your wedding day, allowing you to relax and enjoy the moment without worrying about last-minute issues, vendor coordination, or keeping to the timeline, effectively minimizing stress and ensuring a smooth flow of events.

Rehearsal Walkthrough - Starting at $150. Can only be applied to existing Day Of Coordination packages.

Event Design - $650 - Creation of your floor plan, color scheme, floral themes, creation of decor shopping list. Planning timeline provided.

Invitation Suite Design - Starting at $175. Includes Save The Dates, Invitations, RSVP cards

Full Stationary Suite Design - Starting at $350. Includes the full invitation suite, table number cards, printed seating chart design, bar signage, and thank you cards. Add on’s available as needed.

Planning Consultations - $175 per consultation (For clients without pre-existing packages, included up to one hour of time.)

  • This package can be used for any event, and are not limited to just weddings. This package is not applicable for main event days.

Let's throw a party! And, not just a wedding, or a rehearsal dinner, or anything related to holy matrimony. (unless you want it to be, of course!) We're talking family reunions, anniversary parties, retirement parties, showers, birthday parties, etc. We want to help you, your family, and your friends have some fun!

Madison Leigh Events, LLC is a Wedding and Event planner located out of the Navarre, FL area, serving all areas within and around the NW Florida panhandle. All packages will require 50% down at the time of booking in the form of a non-refundable deposit. Check, credit cards, mobile transfer, and cash are accepted.  Madison Leigh Events LLC is allowed at least one assistant at their choosing, as needed, to work events. Contract must be signed by all parties before planning can begin. Travel and milage fees will be applied for events as needed. Madison Leigh Events is not liable for any damages or injuries, lost or stolen items, post event cleaning, marriage licenses, or responsible for intoxicated guests.
